Health is a state of harmony of body, mind and emotion. Real wellbeing is built with joy, responsibility and efficient practice.
Besides coach and facilitation, Juliann is also a Tai-chi and Yoga practitioner. She had obtained 2 golden medals of Tai-chi. She is also a certificated teacher in Qigong, Hatha Yoga, Samara Yoga and Taoist Yoga. Having practised Tai-chi and yoga for more than 10 years, Juliann travelled in Asia and Europe to integrate oriental and occidental methods and practices.

I’m not flexible enough for yoga, and I can’t sit still for meditation. Juliann’s course has something new, maybe it’s the structure or combination of practices, which make it easy for me to follow.
