❓ Is it POSSIBLE to be authentic as a leader? To be AUTHENTIC is not to "do what I want to do", like a teenager. Even it is not so-called "Just be myself". 🎭 True authenticity comes from the awareness of the mask that I'm wearing, but not identifying self as this mask, and finally dare to go beyond the mask. 🥋 Only by being aware "Who I AM NOT", I can have clarity about "WHO I AM". Then I can be true to myself, and then true to others.
True authenticity is like being in the flow, with a purpose, but acting like water.
To "Be in the Flow" is a path of cultivating lucidity within towards my goal.
When I am in this lucidity, whatever I do is act of empowerment for self and others.
